* Purchase at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery.

* Goods sold are neither refundable, returnable nor exchangeable

* Items will only be mailed upon receival of full payment.If we do not receive the full payment for the confirmed ordered items after 2 working days, the order will be cancelled immediately.

* Payments are to be made within 2 days after confirmation via MAYBANK account. Please do email us a copy of the bank remittance slip (either online/over the counter or over the machine)

* Items quoted are exclusive of postage charges.

* This cost varies on the weight of the item ; we'll advise you once the sale has been confirmed.

* Tracking number will be given once the parcel has been mailed.

*If the item(s) you like has SOLD OUT,please do not hesitate to ask me for restock.

*Purchaser has to pay the full amount (incl. cod/postage) to avoid last minute back out. We will refund the full amount if we are running out of stock for that item.

* Prices are not negotiable.

HOW TO BUY

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO READ AND AGREE WITH OUR T&C FIRST BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE.

1. Send an email to kilofashion@yahoo.com with the following:
- Your name
- Your address
- Contact number
- Email address
- Item name(s)

2. Wait for a confirmation email from us.

3. Upon confirmation, you'll be provided with our MAYBANK account number for payment. Please make your payment within 2 DAYS of confirmation as the item will be automatically released for general sales again after this date.

4. After payment is made, please email us your payment receipt and the item should be on its way to you :)
